General Overseer Bishop Belton Green

TIMELINE
In 1952 Lake City, South Carolina, Bishop Belton Green started seeking the Lord, Jesus Christ. Becoming a strong believer in Jesus, Being baptized in the body of the Lord Jesus Christ. In 1953 worked as a porter in a department store in West Palm Beach, FL and later in 1954 Pelham, NY. 1955 Worked for Building Service Employee Department. 1958 Bishop Belton Green took up a trade as a Barber. 1959 Introduced to Late Apostle Bishop Randolph Goodwin who was an established barber. Late Apostle Bishop Randolph Goodwin invited Bishop Belton Green to work for him. Ten years Bishop Belton Green worked for Bishop Randolph Goodwin, passing the New York State Barbering test while working under him Bishop Belton Green became a master barber. 1967 Ordained a minister of the gospel, by Bishop Randolph Goodwin. 1968 Appointed assistant pastor, 2000 Became the leader that the Lord has established.

Bishop Melvin Samuels

TIMELINE
October 1974, Jamaica West Indies getting off work tuning into a ball game know as "Cricket" in which being a big time ball player. While tuning into the radio, over dialed and heard someone preaching powerful and "strong overcoming gospel..." (Bishop Randolph Goodwin), "I was Blessed by his radio broadcast on XERF in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Being accepted and planning to go to Canadian Radio College. Invitation from Bishop Randolph Goodwin to come over to New York,1958. I applied to a tech school in Manhattan, NY and the Lord opened a door where I was able to attend a school in NY. On February 18,1979 at 21 years of age arrived in NY. February 22, 1976 visit The Holy Temple Church was Baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, Not to long after received the Holy Ghost. Speaking in tongues as the spirit give utterance. August 12,1978 Married to Sister now Mother Elsie Samuels meet in the HTC with two beautiful children Sister Nandi Shuler and Brother Melvin Samuels Jr. Lord wrought many miracles in my life. He sent an angel as spoken by Bishop Randolph Goodwin. And I was healed without the aid of any medicine or help from man. Through this experience, the Lord blessed and prospered my ministry. Saving souls, deliver many from falsehood, and from the hand of the enemy. I am a firm believer in prayer and fasting and is always willing to sacrifice to help God's people get the victory.

Elder Curtis Forbes

TIMELINE
First encounter with The Holy Temple Church came through my mother, being in touch with the late Apostle, Pastor and General Overseer, Bishop Randolph Goodwin from time to time when I was a little boy. Often hearing my mother playing sermons on WWRL and WADO. Finally deciding to take a listen in..Received the baptism, the Holy Ghost and the right hand of fellowship.

Outside of being saved, coming to The Holy Temple Church was the best thing that ever happened to me!.
Written a book, traveled, helped establish a prison work, married (Mother Addie Forbes), raised a son, been apart of a great miracle, and many other things to numerous to mention.
Pray much for me that when the Lord comes for his glorious church, I too will be in that number, to help crown him Lord of Lord and King of Kings! Pray my strength in the Lord!

Elder Ocie Lewis

TIMELINE
Hearing the late Apostle Bishop Randolph Goodwin preaching on the radio and praying a prayer according to the scriptures in Isaiah 43:6 I will say to the north give up and to the south keep not back: bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;. I can truly say God did hear that prayer.
Living in Montgomery Alabama the Lord moved upon me to move to the north. Moving to NY the Lord blessed me to move to Prospect Ave, which is the next street in front of The Holy Temple Church. I was not aware at the time but God was truly leading me forth by the right way. Being instructed by the late Apostle Bishop Randolph Goodwin, of the things our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Since being in The Holy Temple Church the Lord has greatly blessed me to hold offices, such as former President of the Young People and Vice President of the Field workers. Also play the organ President over the Band HTC- NY Headquarters.

Elder Lynford Martin

TIMELINE
The search was over...being a Pastor at Bethel Tabernacle in Harlem, NY ....frustrated, restless, something was missing out my life and living for God....... Visited The Holy Temple Church in Greenville SC. Being taken back by the persuasive modest apparel and the overall demeanor of the Saints.
Hearing the late Apostle Bishop Randolph Goodwin preached for the first time. His attitude against the flesh, his passion, his soberness, his love for God, could not be ignored. September 1976 I defected from Bethel, leaving a Brownstone Building, a salary, other amenities without once looking back. One family defected with me, they were the "Thompson's family"
1991 commissioned to be the Pastor of The Holy Temple Church of The Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith in the Nation's Capital.

Elder Wesly Marr

TIMELINE
In 1968 at the age 23 after listening to the late Bishop Randolph Goodwin on XERF Radio Station, I called him on the phone a few times. Shortly after hearing him. He eventually told me that the next time he made a trip out my way he would drop in to see me.
The late Bishop Randolph Goodwin held his word and came to Wichita. My parents directed him to the work site where I was working. Meeting him and other Saints that traveled with
He added me to the church since I was already baptized. Later visiting Bishop Goodwin in NY he informed about modest apparel, birth control and medicine etc. Showing great hospitality.
9 years later received the Holy Ghost. As time passed, shortly after Bishop's death, I was appointed a minister and later ordained an Elder. I have continued in the Holy Temple Church for 45 years.
I can truly say that God has blessed me. Thank God for the great recovery!

Elder Samuel Wilkes

TIMELINE
I was under the leadership of Bishop Walter Selby. ....After Bishop Selby fell asleep the Lord led me and some other Saints out of the Apostolic Assembly because the Assistant Pastor did not continue in the apostle's doctrine. We had church in our homes. In a dream the Lord showed me a church that was sitting on top of the mountain. With much anticipation I began climbing the mountain to reach the church. When I reached the top of the mountain Bishop Goodwin extended the Right hand of fellowship to me. After that I began listening to the Holy temple Church radio broadcast. When Bishop Goodwin announced that he was coming to Nashville, TN ....took the right hand of fellowship that night. Thank the Lord, Bishop Goodwin and the Saints came down to Memphis and dedicated our temple on December 25, 1980. I am glad to say we still proclaiming the gospel of Christ in Memphis, TN.

Elder Randy Mack

TIMELINE
Born in 1956 Chicago, Illinois. After 10 years moved to Greenville SC, by my parents to attend school in that area. Graduated from Hampton High School. Upon graduating The Lord began to move in my life, bringing me into Holiness.





In 1976 I accepted the truth of the Gospel and was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and six months later God filled me with the Holy Ghost speaking in other tongues as the spirit gave me utterance.

Begining ministry 1978, Greenville, SC. 1979 continued in the ministry under the founder Bishop Randolph Goodwin. Presently Pastor HTC 398 Corner Square, Moncks Corner, SC
